How To Make Banana Apricot Turnovers

Ingredients

  • 2sheetsPepperidge Farm Puff Pastry Sheets,(1 package)
  • 1largebanana,cut into 9 pcs
  • 9tbspapricot preserves
  • cooking spray,Pam buttered flavor

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

  2. Cut each pastry sheet into 9 equal squares, making a total of 18.

  3. Place 1 tablespoon of apricot preserves in the center of each of the 9 squares.

  4. Place one slice of banana on top of the preserves.

  5. Place another pastry square on top and seal edges with a fork.

  6. Spray cookie sheet with baking spray.

  7. Transfer the pastries onto the cookie sheet with a spatula.

  8. Bake for approximately 35 minutes, or until golden brown.

  9. Serve and enjoy!
