How To Make Banana Apricot Turnovers
Make delicious banana and apricot turnovers with this easy recipe! It’s great for sweet tooths and makes for a tasty dessert and filling breakfast meal.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Cut each pastry sheet into 9 equal squares, making a total of 18.
Place 1 tablespoon of apricot preserves in the center of each of the 9 squares.
Place one slice of banana on top of the preserves.
Place another pastry square on top and seal edges with a fork.
Spray cookie sheet with baking spray.
Transfer the pastries onto the cookie sheet with a spatula.
Bake for approximately 35 minutes, or until golden brown.
