How To Make Peanut Butter Breakfast Cookie Recipe
This is a delicious and healthy breakfast cookie made with oats, banana, and peanut butter.

- 2 ripe bananas, mashed
- 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
- 2 cups rolled oats
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- Pinch of salt

Preheat oven to 350°F.

In a bowl, mix mashed bananas, peanut butter, honey, and vanilla extract until smooth.

Add the rolled oats, cinnamon, baking powder, and salt to the mixture. Mix until well combined.
