  • 2 ripe bananas, mashed
  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.

  2. In a bowl, mix mashed bananas, peanut butter, honey, and vanilla extract until smooth.

  3. Add the rolled oats, cinnamon, baking powder, and salt to the mixture. Mix until well combined.

  4. Scoop the mixture onto a lined baking sheet, using a cookie scoop or spoon to form evenly sized cookies.

  5. Bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown.

  6. Remove from the oven and cool on a wire rack before serving.
