How To Make Almond Butter Breakfast Cookie Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 ripe banana
- 1/3 cup creamy almond butter
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1 1/2 cups rolled oats
- 1/4 cup almonds, chopped
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F.

In a mixing bowl, mash the banana until smooth.

Mix in the almond butter, honey, and vanilla extract.

Add in the baking soda and rolled oats and mix until well combined.

Fold in the chopped almonds.
