How To Make Nutella Bread

This recipe for Nutella bread uses storebought French dough for a quicker and easier baking experience. The bread is filled with real hazelnuts too.

Total: 35 minutes



  • 1french bread dough,in tube
  • ½cupnutella
  • ¼tspkosher salt
  • ½cuphazelnuts,chopped
  • 1egg,large
  • 1tbspwater


  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

  2. Unroll French Bread onto a floured surface, shaping into a rectangle.

  3. Microwave the Nutella for 30 to 40 seconds.

  4. Using a rubber spatula, spread in an even layer on the surface of the dough, leaving a ½-inch border of dough.

  5. Sprinkle the salt and hazelnuts on top of the Nutella evenly.

  6. Starting at one long end roll tightly.

  7. Place in a greased bread pan.

  8. Mix egg and water.

  9. Brush egg wash mixture over the top of your bread.

  10. Bake for 24 minutes.

  11. Remove from oven, and let cool before serving.
