  • 1 package of croissant dough
  • 4 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons of butter, melted
  • 1 tablespoon of fresh parsley, chopped
  • Salt, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to the temperature specified on the croissant dough package.

  2. Unroll the croissant dough and separate into triangles.

  3. In a small bowl, mix together the minced garlic, melted butter, parsley, and a pinch of salt.

  4. brush each triangle of dough with the garlic butter mixture.

  5. Starting at the widest end, roll each triangle towards the tip, forming a croissant shape.

  6. Take each croissant and tie it into a knot shape.

  7. Place the garlic croissant knots onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

  8. Bake in the preheated oven for the amount of time specified on the croissant dough package, or until golden brown.

  9. Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
