Ingredients

  • 2 cups shredded green cabbage
  • 1 cup thinly sliced red apples
  • 1/2 cup chopped celery
  • 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
  • 1/4 cup raisins
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the shredded cabbage, sliced apples, chopped celery, walnuts, and raisins.

  2. In a separate small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, honey, salt, and pepper.

  3. Pour the dressing over the cabbage mixture and toss until well coated.

  4. Refrigerate for at least 10 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to meld.

  5. Serve chilled and enjoy!
