How To Make Papa John’s Garlic Knots Recipe
These garlic knots are perfect as an appetizer or side. They’re soft, chewy, and packed with garlicky flavor.

Ingredients
- 16 oz. of pizza dough
- 3 tbsp. of butter
- 3 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 tsp. of dried oregano
- 1/4 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt, to taste
Instructions

Preheat oven to 425°F.

Cut pizza dough into 8 equal pieces and roll each piece into a rope.

Tie each rope into a knot and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Melt butter in a small saucepan over low heat. Add minced garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes, until fragrant.

Brush garlic butter over each knot and sprinkle with dried oregano and salt.

Top with Parmesan cheese.

Bake for 10-12 minutes, until golden brown.
