How To Make Monte Christo Croissant Sandwich

Decadent black ham, swiss cheese, cream cheese, and raspberry jam fill this flaky croissant sandwich. Whip this up in just 15 fast minutes!

  • 4butter croissants
  • 4ozcream cheese,whipped
  • 8slicesswiss cheese
  • ¾lbblack forest ham
  • ¼cupraspberry jam
  • powdered sugar,for dusting


  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.

  2. Slice each croissant in half. Spread the inside of the bottom half of the croissant with 1 ounce of cream cheese. Top with one slice of swiss cheese, then one fourth of the ham and top with another slice of swiss cheese. Repeat for all 4 sandwiches.

  3. Wrap each sandwich in Reynolds wrap aluminum foil and place on a baking sheet.

  4. Bake for 10 minutes until the cheese is melted and the ham is heated through.

  5. Serve dusted with powdered sugar and dipped in raspberry jam.
