How To Make Sbarro’s Garlic Knots
Delicious garlic knots made Sbarro style, perfect as a side or snack.

Ingredients
- 1 lb pizza dough
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions

Preheat oven to 425°F.

Roll out pizza dough into a large rectangle and cut into strips.

Tie each strip into a knot and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

In a small bowl, mix together olive oil, garlic, oregano, Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper.

Brush the garlic oil mixture over the knots.

Bake for 15-20 minutes, until golden brown.
