How To Make Sbarro’s Garlic Knots

Delicious garlic knots made Sbarro style, perfect as a side or snack.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb pizza dough
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F.

  2. Roll out pizza dough into a large rectangle and cut into strips.

  3. Tie each strip into a knot and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

  4. In a small bowl, mix together olive oil, garlic, oregano, Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper.

  5. Brush the garlic oil mixture over the knots.

  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes, until golden brown.

  7. Serve hot and enjoy!
