- 1 can (15 oz) cannellini or white northern beans, drained and rinsed
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 2 tbsp tahini
- 1/2 tsp ground cumin
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp water
- Paprika, for garnish
- Chopped fresh parsley, for garnish
Instructions

In a food processor, combine the white beans, garlic, lemon juice, tahini, cumin, salt, olive oil, and water.

Process until smooth, scraping down the sides as needed.

Taste and adjust seasoning as necessary.
