How To Make White Bean and Spinach Pasta Recipe

A creamy pasta dish with the goodness of white beans and spinach.

  • 1 pound pasta
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 can white beans, drained and rinsed
  • 2 cups baby spinach
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper, to taste


  1. Cook pasta according to package directions; drain and set aside.

  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.

  3. Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant.

  4. Add white beans and baby spinach and cook until spinach wilts.

  5. Stir in heavy cream and Parmesan cheese until cheese is melted; season with salt and pepper.

  6. Add cooked pasta to the skillet and toss to coat in sauce.

  7. Serve hot and enjoy!
