  • 1 can (15 oz) white beans, rinsed and drained
  • 2 garlic cloves, chopped
  • 3 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tbsp fresh rosemary, chopped
  • Salt and pepper, to taste


  1. In a food processor, combine the white beans, garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, parsley, and rosemary.

  2. Pulse until smooth and creamy.

  3. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

  4. Transfer the dip to a serving bowl and garnish with additional fresh herbs and a drizzle of olive oil.

  5. Serve with pita chips, crackers, or fresh veggies.
