Ingredients
- 1 lb of chicken breast, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup of soy sauce
- 2 tbsp of Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tbsp of liquid smoke
- 1 tsp of paprika
- 1/2 tsp of garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp of onion powder
- 1/4 tsp of cayenne pepper
- 1/4 tsp of black pepper
Instructions

In a bowl, combine soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, liquid smoke, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper, and black pepper. Mix well.

Add the thinly sliced chicken breast to the marinade. Toss until the chicken is well coated. Cover and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours, or overnight for better flavor.

Preheat your oven to 175°F (80°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Place the marinated chicken slices on the prepared baking sheet, making sure they do not overlap. Bake in the preheated oven for 4 hours, or until the chicken is completely dried and chewy.

Remove from the oven and let the chicken jerky cool completely before storing in an airtight container.
