- 2 cups of chopped spinach
- 1 cup of crumbled feta cheese
- 1 teaspoon of cumin powder
- 1 teaspoon of coriander powder
- 1/2 teaspoon of turmeric powder
- Salt to taste
- 1 tablespoon of oil
- 8 samosa wrappers
Instructions

In a pan, heat oil and add cumin, coriander, and turmeric powder.

Add chopped spinach and cook till it wilts.

Add feta cheese and salt, mix well.

Take a samosa wrapper, add 1 tablespoon of the spinach and cheese filling.

Fold into a triangle shape and seal with water.

Repeat with the remaining wrappers.
