  • 1/2 cup of smooth peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup of coconut milk
  • 2 tbsp of soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp of lime juice
  • 1 tbsp of brown sugar
  • 1 tsp of sriracha sauce
  • 1 clove of garlic, minced
  • 1/4 tsp of ground ginger
  • 1/4 cup of water
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a saucepan, whisk together peanut butter, coconut milk, soy sauce, lime juice, brown sugar, sriracha sauce, minced garlic, and ground ginger

  2. Cook over medium heat for 5-10 minutes, stirring frequently until well blended and heated through.

  3. Add water and mix until the sauce reaches your desired consistency.

  4. Add salt and pepper to taste.
