How To Make Peanut Tofu Lettuce Wraps
A delicious and healthy vegetarian dish loaded with protein and flavor.

Ingredients
- 1 package of extra firm tofu, drained and pressed
- 1/4 cup peanut butter
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/4 tsp ground ginger
- 8 large lettuce leaves, washed and dried
- 1/2 cup chopped peanuts
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
Instructions

Cut the tofu into small cubes and set aside.

In a small bowl, whisk together the peanut butter, soy sauce, maple syrup, rice vinegar, sesame oil, garlic, and ground ginger until smooth.

Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add the tofu, cooking for 5-7 minutes or until browned on all sides.

Reduce the heat to low and pour the peanut butter sauce over the tofu, stirring gently to coat.

Spoon the tofu mixture into the lettuce leaves, and top with chopped peanuts and green onions.

Serve immediately.
