Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 8 mini peanut butter cups, chopped
  • 1 ready-made graham cracker crust

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F.

  2. In a large bowl, beat together cream cheese, peanut butter, and sugar until smooth.

  3. Add in eggs and vanilla extract, and mix until well combined.

  4. Fold in chopped peanut butter cups.

  5. Pour mixture into the graham cracker crust.

  6. Bake for 45-50 minutes, or until cheesecake is set.

  7. Let cool to room temperature before serving.
