How To Make Spicy Peanut Stir-Fry
A mouthwatering, spicy dish with crunchy peanuts, veggies, and a delicious sauce.
Serves:
Ingredients
- 1 cup of uncooked rice
- 1 tbsp of vegetable oil
- 1 onion, sliced
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 yellow bell pepper, sliced
- 1 cup of broccoli florets
- 1/2 cup of peanuts
- 1/4 cup of soy sauce
- 2 tbsp of sriracha sauce
- 1 tbsp of honey
- 1 tsp of sesame oil
Instructions

Cook rice according to package instructions.

Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat.

Add onions and garlic and sauté for 2 minutes.

Add bell peppers, broccoli, and peanuts and stir-fry for 5 minutes.

In a bowl, mix together soy sauce, sriracha sauce, honey, and sesame oil.

Pour the sauce over the veggies and stir-fry for an additional 3 minutes.

Serve the stir-fry over the cooked rice.
