How To Make Spicy Peanut Stir-Fry

A mouthwatering, spicy dish with crunchy peanuts, veggies, and a delicious sauce.

Serves:

Ingredients

  • 1 cup of uncooked rice
  • 1 tbsp of vegetable oil
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 yellow bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 cup of broccoli florets
  • 1/2 cup of peanuts
  • 1/4 cup of soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp of sriracha sauce
  • 1 tbsp of honey
  • 1 tsp of sesame oil

Instructions

  1. Cook rice according to package instructions.

  2. Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat.

  3. Add onions and garlic and sauté for 2 minutes.

  4. Add bell peppers, broccoli, and peanuts and stir-fry for 5 minutes.

  5. In a bowl, mix together soy sauce, sriracha sauce, honey, and sesame oil.

  6. Pour the sauce over the veggies and stir-fry for an additional 3 minutes.

  7. Serve the stir-fry over the cooked rice.
