  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon chili garlic sauce
  • 1/4 cup hot water

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, whisk together peanut butter, soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, and chili garlic sauce.

  2. Slowly whisk in hot water until desired consistency is reached.

  3. Serve as a dipping sauce for spring rolls or satay skewers.
