How To Make Peanut Butter Ice Cream

Ingredients
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup whole milk
- ½ cup creamy peanut butter
- ¾ cup granulated sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- ⅛ tsp salt
Instructions

In a medium saucepan, heat the cream, milk, peanut butter, sugar, vanilla extract, and salt over medium heat.

Stir frequently until the sugar dissolves and the peanut butter is fully incorporated.

Remove from heat and let it cool for 5-10 minutes.

Transfer mixture into a blender and blend until it’s smooth.

Chill the mixture in the fridge for at least 2 hours or overnight.

Pour the mixture into an ice cream maker and churn according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
