- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt, to taste

Remove the tough stems from the kale leaves and tear them into bite-sized pieces.

Place the kale leaves in a microwave-safe bowl and drizzle with olive oil. Massage the oil into the leaves to ensure they are evenly coated.
