How To Make Beet and Kale Chips
Healthy and crispy chips made with beets and kale.

Ingredients
- 2 beets, peeled and thinly sliced
- 4 kale leaves, stems removed and torn into bite-sized pieces
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp sea salt
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C).

In a bowl, toss sliced beets, kale, olive oil, and sea salt together until fully coated.

Spread the mixture evenly on a baking sheet.

Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the chips are crispy, flipping halfway through.

Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
