How To Make Fried Potato Wedges

Fries don’t always have to be the regular, straight-cut potatoes. Not only are they the best go-to snack for many, but they also they pair excellently with other meals as a fun add-on. Have some not-so-ordinary fries with these best fries recipes.

  • 4 large potatoes
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).

  2. Wash and scrub the potatoes, then cut them into wedges.

  3. In a large bowl, toss the potato wedges with olive oil, salt, garlic powder, paprika, and black pepper until well coated.

  4. Arrange the potato wedges on a baking sheet in a single layer.

  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown and crispy, flipping halfway through.

  6. Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
