How To Make Caramel Apple Cheese Ball
This sweet and salty cheese ball is made with cinnamon-spiced cream cheese and caramel, mixed with apples and cheddar, then coated with toasted pecans.

Ingredients
- 8ozcream cheese,(2 blocks), softened
- ¼cupcaramel,plus more for topping
- 1tbsplemon juice
- ½tspground cinnamon
- kosher salt
- 1cupcheddar,shredded
- 1cupGranny Smith apple,finely chopped
- 2cupspecans,toasted, chopped
- RITZ Crackers,for serving
Instructions

In a large bowl using a hand mixer, beat the cream cheese with caramel, lemon juice, cinnamon, and a pinch of salt until combined. Fold in cheddar and green apples.

Transfer the mixture to a sheet of plastic wrap and shape into a ball. Freeze until firm for 30 minutes.

To a plate, add the pecans. Roll cheese ball in pecans, then transfer to a serving platter.

Drizzle with more caramel and sprinkle with more salt.
