How To Make Caramel Apple Cheese Ball

This sweet and salty cheese ball is made with cinnamon-spiced cream cheese and caramel, mixed with apples and cheddar, then coated with toasted pecans.

  • 8ozcream cheese,(2 blocks), softened
  • ¼cupcaramel,plus more for topping
  • 1tbsplemon juice
  • ½tspground cinnamon
  • kosher salt
  • 1cupcheddar,shredded
  • 1cupGranny Smith apple,finely chopped
  • 2cupspecans,toasted, chopped
  • RITZ Crackers,for serving


  1. In a large bowl using a hand mixer, beat the cream cheese with caramel, lemon juice, cinnamon, and a pinch of salt until combined. Fold in cheddar and green apples.

  2. Transfer the mixture to a sheet of plastic wrap and shape into a ball. Freeze until firm for 30 minutes.

  3. To a plate, add the pecans. Roll cheese ball in pecans, then transfer to a serving platter.

  4. Drizzle with more caramel and sprinkle with more salt.

  5. Serve with crackers, and enjoy!
