How To Make Rabbit Stew Recipe
A hearty and flavorful stew made with tender rabbit meat and a savory vegetable broth.

Ingredients
- 1 rabbit, cut into pieces
 - 2 tbsp olive oil
 - 1 onion, chopped
 - 2 cloves garlic, minced
 - 2 carrots, peeled and diced
 - 2 potatoes, peeled and diced
 - 2 cups chicken broth
 - 1/2 cup red wine
 - 1 bay leaf
 - 1 tsp rosemary
 - Salt and pepper, to taste
 
Instructions
- 
Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
 - 
Add the rabbit pieces and cook until browned on all sides, approximately 5 minutes.
 - 
Remove the rabbit from the pot and set aside.
 - 
Add the onion and garlic to the pot and cook until softened, approximately 5 minutes.
 - 
Add the carrots and potatoes to the pot and stir to combine.
 - 
Add the chicken broth, red wine, bay leaf, rosemary, salt, and pepper to the pot.
 - 
Stir the ingredients together and bring the mixture to a boil.
 - 
Reduce the heat to low, cover the pot, and simmer for 1 1/2 to 2 hours, or until the rabbit is tender and fully cooked.
 - 
Serve the rabbit stew hot with crusty bread.
