
How To Make Bacon & Citrus Crumb Stuffing
Stuffing is a great add-on to your main dishes. More than just something to fill the turkey with during Thanksgiving, stuffing is a wonderful side dish to complement your dish of choice. There’s no stopping you in enjoying this stuffing recipe!

Ingredients
- 6 slices of bacon, chopped
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- Zest of 1 orange
- Zest of 1 lemon
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

In a skillet, cook the bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove from the skillet and place on paper towels to drain excess grease.

In a medium bowl, combine the breadcrumbs, orange zest, lemon zest, parsley, melted butter, and cooked bacon. Season with salt and pepper.

Spoon the stuffing mixture into a baking dish, spreading it evenly.

Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and crispy.
