  • 1/4 cup of white wine vinegar
  • 1 tbsp of Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp of honey
  • 1 clove of garlic (minced)
  • 1/2 tsp of dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, white wine vinegar, Dijon mustard, honey, garlic, oregano, salt and pepper.

  2. Pour the dressing into a jar and seal tightly.

  3. Shake well before serving.
