Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon grated ginger
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 2 tablespoons water (to thin as needed)

Instructions

  1. In a blender or food processor, combine peanut butter, soy sauce, lime juice, rice vinegar, honey, garlic, ginger, and red pepper flakes. Blend until smooth.

  2. If the dressing is too thick, add water one tablespoon at a time until desired consistency is reached.

  3. Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.

  4. Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to use.
