Candied Brandied Cranberries Recipe

  • 1 bag fresh cranberries
  • 2 cup sugar
  • ½ cup brandy


  1. Spread cranberries in a large baking pan.
  2. Sprinkle with sugar, seal with foil.
  3. Punch one hole in top of foil to let steam escape.
  4. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
  5. Remove foil and splash brandy on cranberries.
  6. Ignite and stir until flame subsides.
  7. Pack in jars.
