  • 1 lb cooked shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 avocados, diced

  • 2 limes, juiced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Mixed greens (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine shrimp, avocado, red onion, and cilantro.
  2. In a separate bowl, whisk lime juice, olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper to make the dressing.
  3. Pour the dressing over the shrimp and avocado mixture and toss to coat.
  4. Serve on a bed of mixed greens if desired.
