How To Make Flax Seed Granola Bars
Deliciously crunchy granola bars with the goodness of flax seeds.
Serves:
Ingredients
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup chopped almonds
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup peanut butter
- 1/4 cup flax seeds
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions

Preheat oven to 325°F.

Mix oats, almonds, flax seeds and cranberries together in a bowl.

In a separate bowl, microwave honey and peanut butter for 30 seconds. Add vanilla extract and stir until combined.

Pour honey mixture into the oat mixture and mix until everything is well coated.

Pour the mixture into a lined baking sheet and flatten it out.

Bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown.

Let cool for a few minutes before cutting into bars.
