How To Make Summer Vegetable Gratin Recipe
A delicious summer vegetable dish, perfect as a side or a main, that combines zucchini, tomatoes, and cheese in a creamy gratin.

Ingredients
- 1 large zucchini, sliced
- 1 large yellow squash, sliced
- 2-3 large tomatoes, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup basil leaves, chopped
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- Salt and black pepper to taste

Preheat oven to 375°F.

In a greased 9-inch baking dish, layer sliced zucchini, yellow squash, and tomatoes.

In a small saucepan, heat minced garlic, chopped basil, heavy cream, grated parmesan cheese, salt, and black pepper until cheese is melted.

Pour cream mixture over vegetables in baking dish.
