  • 16 oz of fettuccine pasta
  • 1 cup of heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup of butter
  • 1/2 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste


  1. Cook the fettuccine pasta according to package instructions.

  2. In a separate saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat.

  3. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.

  4. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer, stirring constantly.

  5. Add the grated Parmesan cheese and whisk until fully melted.

  6. Season with salt and pepper according to taste.
