How To Make Creamy Lemon Asparagus Pasta Recipe
A creamy and zesty pasta dish filled with tender asparagus pieces.

Ingredients
- 12 oz pasta
- 1 lb asparagus, trimmed and cut into 2-inch pieces
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 lemon, zest and juice
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions

Cook pasta according to package directions. Add asparagus during the last 2 minutes of cooking. Drain and set aside.

In a large pan, melt butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1-2 minutes.

Reduce heat to low and pour in heavy cream, stirring constantly.

Add parmesan cheese, lemon zest, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Stir until cheese is melted and sauce is smooth.

Add cooked pasta and asparagus to the pan with the sauce. Toss to coat evenly.
