How To Make Teriyaki Pineapple Meatballs Recipe
These sweet and savory meatballs with juicy pineapple chunks are drenched in a delicious teriyaki sauce.

Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup diced pineapple chunks
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 cup teriyaki sauce
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 1/4 cup water
Instructions

Preheat oven to 400°F.

In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, pineapple, green onions, egg, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.

Using a cookie scoop, form meatballs and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Bake meatballs for 18-20 minutes.

In a saucepan, combine teriyaki sauce and cornstarch. Whisk until the cornstarch is dissolved.

Add water to the saucepan and continue to whisk until sauce thickens.

When meatballs are done, place them in a serving dish and pour the teriyaki sauce over them.

Garnish with additional green onions, if desired. Serve hot and enjoy!
