Serves:

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped green bell pepper
  • 1/4 cup pineapple chunks, drained and chopped
  • 1/4 cup teriyaki sauce
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  2. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, milk, onion, bell pepper, pineapple chunks, teriyaki sauce, brown sugar, garlic powder, ginger, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.

  3. Roll mixture into 1-inch meatballs and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
