Celebrate St. Patrick’s Day with these crispy and festive tortilla chips shaped like shamrocks!

Ingredients

  • 4 spinach-flavored flour tortillas
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • Sour cream and salsa for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.

  2. Using a shamrock-shaped cookie cutter, cut out as many shamrock shapes as you can from each tortilla.

  3. Transfer the shamrock chips to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

  4. Brush the shamrock chips with olive oil and sprinkle them with salt and garlic powder.

  5. Bake for 10-12 minutes, until the chips are crispy.

  6. Serve with a side of sour cream and salsa.
