- 4 spinach-flavored flour tortillas
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- Sour cream and salsa for serving

Preheat the oven to 350°F.

Using a shamrock-shaped cookie cutter, cut out as many shamrock shapes as you can from each tortilla.
