  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup Irish whiskey
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • olive oil for cooking

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.

  2. In a large bowl, mix together ground beef, breadcrumbs, milk, whiskey, egg, parsley, garlic, salt, and pepper until well combined.

  3. Form mixture into meatballs (about 1.5 inches in diameter).

  4. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. When hot, add meatballs in batches and cook until browned on all sides.
