
How To Make St. Patrick’s Day Irish Nachos
Celebrate St. Patrick’s Day with these crispy, cheesy, and loaded Irish nachos topped with corned beef and beer cheese sauce!

Ingredients
- 1 lb. frozen French fries
- 8 oz. cooked and shredded corned beef
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup beer
- 2 tbsp. all-purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp. onion powder
- salt and pepper, to taste
- sliced green onions, for garnish
Instructions

Preheat oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Spread frozen French fries in an even layer on the prepared baking sheet. Bake for 20 minutes, flipping once halfway through.

While the fries are baking, prepare the beer cheese sauce. In a small saucepan, whisk together beer, flour, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Cook over medium heat until thickened and bubbly, stirring constantly.

Remove the fries from the oven and top with corned beef and shredded cheddar cheese. Return to the oven and bake for an additional 5 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.

Drizzle the beer cheese sauce over the nachos and garnish with sliced green onions.
