How To Make St Patrick’s Day Mini Shepherd’s Pie Recipe

Preheat oven to 375F.
In a large skillet, brown the ground beef and diced onion over medium heat.
Add minced garlic, frozen peas and carrots, beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, thyme, salt, and pepper.
Stir and let simmer for 5-10 minutes until mixture thickens.
In a muffin tin, spoon in the beef mixture to about 3/4 full.
Top each with mashed potatoes and shredded cheddar cheese.
