How To Make St Patrick’s Day Mini Shepherd’s Pie Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup frozen peas and carrots
  • 1/2 cup beef broth
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp thyme
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 2 cups mashed potatoes
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375F.

  2. In a large skillet, brown the ground beef and diced onion over medium heat.

  3. Add minced garlic, frozen peas and carrots, beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, thyme, salt, and pepper.

  4. Stir and let simmer for 5-10 minutes until mixture thickens.

  5. In a muffin tin, spoon in the beef mixture to about 3/4 full.

  6. Top each with mashed potatoes and shredded cheddar cheese.

  7. Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
