How To Make St Patrick’s Day Guinness Beef Skewers Recipe

Tender beef skewers marinated in Guinness beer, flavoured with rosemary and garlic. Perfect for St Patrick’s Day celebrations.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound beef sirloin, cut into 1 inch pieces
  • 1/2 cup Guinness beer
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tbsp fresh rosemary, chopped
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Wooden skewers, soaked in water for 30 minutes

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix together the Guinness beer, garlic, rosemary, olive oil, salt and pepper.

  2. Add the beef pieces to the marinade, making sure they are well coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.

  3. Preheat the grill to medium high heat.

  4. Thread the beef pieces onto the skewers.

  5. Grill the beef skewers for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until the beef is cooked to your preference.

  6. Serve hot with a side of potatoes or a salad.
