How To Make Vegan Halloween Ghost Pancakes Recipe
Scary good pancakes perfect for Halloween breakfast!

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups all purpose flour
- 2 tbsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 1/2 cups unsweetened almond milk
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1/4 cup vegan butter, melted
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Vegan chocolate chips or blueberries
- Cooking spray
Instructions

In a large bowl, mix flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar.

In another bowl, mix almond milk and vinegar and let sit for 5 minutes.

Add melted butter and vanilla extract to the almond milk mixture.

Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.

Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and spray with cooking spray.

Pour a 1/4 cup of batter onto the pan for each pancake.

Add a few vegan chocolate chips or blueberries on each pancake for the ghost eyes and mouth.

Cook until bubbles form on the surface and the edges begin to look dry, then flip and cook until golden brown on both sides.

Repeat with remaining batter.

Use a food-safe marker to draw a ghost face on each pancake, or use a stencil and powdered sugar to create the shape of a ghost.
