How To Make Halloween Ghost Cupcakes
Delicious chocolate cupcakes topped with spooky ghost icing!

Ingredients
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 3/4 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
- 1 large egg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 2 tbsp milk
- 24 candy eyes
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F.

In a medium bowl, combine flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.

In a separate large bowl, beat sugar, oil, egg, and vanilla extract until well combined.

Slowly mix in dry ingredients and milk until smooth batter forms.

Fill a cupcake tin with liners, fill them 2/3 full with batter and bake for 18-20 minutes.

Let cupcakes cool completely before icing.

To make the icing, beat butter and vanilla extract together.

Slowly beat in powdered sugar and milk until smooth icing forms.

Place the icing in a piping bag and pipe onto cupcakes to create a ghost shape.

Add candy eyes to each ghost and enjoy!
