  • 1 cup leftover ham, chopped
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh herbs (such as parsley or chives)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.

  2. In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and black pepper.

  3. Stir in cooked vegetables, ham, and cheddar cheese.

  4. Pour mixture into a 9-inch pie dish.
