How To Make Easter Leftover Ham and Cheese Quiche Recipe
Savory quiche recipe using Easter leftover ham and cheese.

Ingredients
- 1 pre-made 9-inch pie crust
- 1 cup cooked ham, diced
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 4 large eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp salt
Instructions

Preheat oven to 375° F (190° C).

Line the pie crust with foil and fill with pie weights or dried beans. Bake for 10-12 mins till lightly brown.

Remove the foil and pie weights/dried beans. Sprinkle ham and cheese over the bottom of the crust.

In a mixing bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper. Pour into the crust.

Bake for 40-45 minutes or until golden brown and set in the center. Let cool for 10 minutes before serving.
