  • 1 pre-made 9-inch pie crust
  • 1 cup cooked ham, diced
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375° F (190° C).

  2. Line the pie crust with foil and fill with pie weights or dried beans. Bake for 10-12 mins till lightly brown.

  3. Remove the foil and pie weights/dried beans. Sprinkle ham and cheese over the bottom of the crust.

  4. In a mixing bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper. Pour into the crust.

  5. Bake for 40-45 minutes or until golden brown and set in the center. Let cool for 10 minutes before serving.
