Ingredients

  • 1 pie crust
  • 1 cup cooked ham, diced
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. Pre-bake the pie crust according to its package instructions.
  3. Layer the ham, broccoli and cheese in the pie crust.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt and black pepper.
  5. Pour the egg mixture over the ham, broccoli and cheese.
  6. Bake the quiche for 45 minutes, or until the center is set and the top is golden brown.
  7. Allow the quiche to cool for 10-15 minutes before slicing and serving.
