How To Make Easter Leftover Ham and Cheese Biscuits
A flavorful breakfast or brunch dish that’s perfect for using up leftover Easter ham.

Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, cut into small pieces
- 3/4 cup diced leftover Easter ham
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup milk
Instructions

Preheat oven to 425°F.

In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.

Cut in the butter until the mixture is crumbly.

Stir in the ham and cheese.

Stir in the milk until the mixture comes together.

Turn the dough out onto a lightly floured surface and knead gently.

Pat the dough out to 1/2 inch thickness and cut into rounds using a biscuit cutter or jar lid.

Place biscuits on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Bake for 15-18 minutes or until golden brown.
