How To Make Easter Leftover Turkey and Cranberry Panini Recipe
A delicious twist on the classic turkey sandwich using leftover Easter turkey and the tartness of cranberry sauce.

Ingredients
- 8 slices of bread
- 1/4 cup of mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup of cranberry sauce
- 1/2 pound of leftover turkey, sliced
- 4 slices of provolone cheese
- 2 tablespoons of butter
Instructions

Spread mayonnaise on one side of each bread slice.

On four pieces of bread, add a layer of cranberry sauce, followed by turkey slices, and then a slice of provolone cheese.

Top with the remaining slice of bread.

Melt butter in a pan over medium heat and place the sandwiches in the pan.

Cook for 3-4 minutes on each side, or until bread is golden brown and cheese is melted.

Cut sandwiches in half and serve hot.
