  • 1 lb ground bison meat
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp dried rosemary
  • 1/4 tsp dried thyme
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix the bison meat and all the spices together until well combined.

  2. Form the mixture into four patties.

  3. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

  4. Add the patties to the skillet and cook for about 5-7 minutes per side, or until fully cooked through.

  5. Serve hot with your favorite sides.
