How To Make Bison Meatballs Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 lb ground bison
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp dried basil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 cups marinara sauce

Preheat oven to 400°F.

In a large bowl, mix together bison, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic, egg, oregano, basil, salt, and pepper.

Form mixture into 16 meatballs.

Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
